Honestly everyone is different. So no one can say that this won't work for you, it may, but it is more difficult to burn fat and build muscle mass simultaneously. In reality some of both may occur but most people generally try and do one or the other at one time. Gain mass, consume more calories than you burn, and in many cases, a lot more calories. Then go into a phase where you cut. Is there some reason why you don't want to do this? I couldn't tell anything from your profile except that you want to look great.

Someone asked a similar question just recently. It's true that everyone is different. However, I always advocate that unless the individual has very good genetics, it's usually not possible to gain mass and lose fat simultaneously.

I agree with Ischjli: gain mass first, then go to a cutting phase to eliminate the excess fat.

Good luck!
