hi my muscle tone is OK i guess but i have some fat that i can do without(very little) and i'd like slighlty bigger muscles so what kinda weights am i supposed to be using and how many reps ? thanx
Welcome to ft! Have you already signed up for an ft program? That should help you get started with the number of reps. As far as the weights, you'll have to experiment on what you can lift based on the number of recommended reps.
