Because Androgens circultate in ur system about 50mins after the start of exercise does this mean ur loading phase begins at this point?
Should cardio be done before weights? Surely the endocrinology of cardio exercise is alot different to that of strength building. Maybe they should not be combined at all annd kept for seperate days?
Love to hear ur thoughts on this.

Sorry guys noticed something similar posted below. I was just curious about the endocrinology behind it. Surely hormones maybe IGF1 and GH are present in weight lifting that distinguishes it from cardio, triggering a loading phase.
(Can u tell I just studied a block of biochem at uni?)
