Hey. My chest is just the way I want it like I know how to work it and all only problem is like the bottom of it. It is soft as jelly, and the rest of my chest is hard and cut. What are some excersices for like the bottom of my chest? I don't have access to a gym or a declined bench. I do 72 pushups a night (and situps), do pushups target the whole area, then I work my chest once a week using my regular routine. What excersice(s) should I put into my chest workout to work on the bottom of my chest? Thanks...
Get two chairs and or something similar and do dips between them.. if you lean forward just a little in the dip you can help work the lower part of your chest.. this is pretty much the way I did it for a while until I could goto a gym.... i'm not sure what else beyond that... other than those I do decline weighted work =/...
