Hey all I am trying to tone up and lose some fat but i don't really like riding a stationary bike, I have a swimming pool that is about 34 feet long so I would like to do swimming for cardio. I was just wondering how I would go about it(what my goals should be and how I should feel when I am doing it, Laps, Sprints ? etc.)? Thanks
