my left set of abs are bigger than the right set and i would like some help on gettin them as even and flat as i can.if anyone could help me with this problem please let me know how. thanx
One of the hardest things to do in bodybuilding is to obtain that perfect symmetry between the left and the right sides. Unfortunately, unless you have very good genetics, you may not be able to achieve that. Even some of the best bodybuilders have a preferred profile that shows off their work the best.
The only thing you can try to do is to concentrate on your smaller ab side. You could try to bulk that side up by doing weighted exercises when working that side (particularly when doing oblique exercises). Tone and flatten the larger side by doing more reps. (and don't use weights).
Give this a shot for about 4-6 weeks, then let us know how it goes. Good luck!
