sup. first of all nice board ya got goin.
Just wanted to know what you ppl think i should start training with. I weight 60kg am 185 cm tall and scrawny as hell. What in your H.O. would be a reasable weight to bench for my size. I am 18. I am particularly intersted in gaining muscle mass on my chest. Are there any exercises aswell as bench that are particularly good for this. Thanks.

Check out the programs here at ft, like a mass program. Or go to the taget muscle areas and pick out some lifts for your chest. I am doing the 12 week mass program and it kicks ass. The amount of weight you should be able to press according to your weight is hard to say. Maybe begining it would be safe to say your weight, In the long run, maybe DOUBLE...LOL
Good Luck!

Welcome to ft! Your ability to bench will be determined by how strong your forearm, tricep, chest and back are. As Qualters suggests, look into ft's mass program and choose to target the chest. Also, search the posts under the Powerlifting forum...very good reading there about strength gaining techniques that will help.
