Hi,

I heard that creatine serum was a con. This was reported by maximuscle so i dont know if they r being biased.

They state that there is virtually no creatine in the serum. I have tried it, but it seems as if it had no affect. However, I havent compared it with any other creatine as I get the shits with the powder form.

Can anyone shed some light on the above please?????

Thanks

It doesn't work. If you get the powdered form, make sure it has the Creapure stamp and you won't go to the bathroom.

Also, search old posts as there have been many on this subject.

Yea the serum is a scam, just get Met-rx, AST ,universal or prolab creatine and you'll get a good product.
