Hi everyone...I'm 17 years old now, and I'm doing my second eight week lean muscle mass program. My goal is to get as big as possible, without using steroids and/or supplements. Now...my question is, is this possible? And, I know it's hard, but could you try to give an indication of the time it will take to see some real results? Thank you...

What kind of results did you get from your first 8-week mass program? How's your diet? Are you consuming a lot of food? Eating 5-7 meals per day, along with lots of protein?
Everyone is different, but generally speaking, you should see some results in as little as 4 weeks.
Hope this helps...

I would suggest a hardcore diet then. Keep your protein intake high. Maybe you should consider a protein powder or MRP to help give your muscles some essential and non essential aminos and protein. You should see results in a month like Robert said, but sooner if you really stick to your diet HARDCORE. Good Luck BQ

OK, thanks you guys. Yeh I did see some results from the first 8 week program. The size of my arms increased with 5 cm, not much though, and I'm in better shape. About my diet: I usually eat 6 meals a day, including bread, potatoes, soup, meat, and also lots of cheese and milk. I can also consider a protein powder indeed...
