Cardio Time and Weight Training after

I usually run at night at about 9:00, interval training and then I usually weight train whatever it is I need to do, is it bad for me to weight train right after?

it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. if you want to lose weight then do the cardio first, if your looking to gain muscle then weight train first.
