Hey Everyone,
I'll be starting the FT program of Tone and Weight Loss, as well as the Ab Blast programme on the first monday of June and I just wondered if others could post their results from the programme. Also could someone help me please, as i need a sample diet of what i should eat each day.

Check out the diet programs here at ft, they should be able to help you. The programs are designed well, and you will recive great results. Remember to track your progress with ft's progress charts too. Good Luck
Also when you have time fill out your profile so we all know what your goals are ect.

Welcome to FT, divilly! I just finished a Tone and Weight Loss program and I have 2 weeks left in my ab program. I've lost about 10 lbs, but I still have a little more fat to lose before I'll be able to see my abs really good. All in all, I think both programs worked out very well; just make sure to do cardio at least 3 times a week. As far as diet, check out the nutrition program FT set up for you, then start keeping a food diary to see how well you're meeting your goals and tweak it as necessary. Good luck!
