This week i will be training my strenght as the whole of last week,i am training my edurance which is carrying small weight(5kg) for alot of rep....
but this week,i wanted to train my strenght.i am carry around 15kg dumb-bell right now...but i could only do 12 rep and my lower arms feel very pain(can stand it) when i am carrying it..
what does it mean to my body?should i give up for lower weight like 10kg or should i continue till the pain is removed?

Carrying around weights? are you doing the ft mass program or something else.. and what do you mean by pain.. being sore? You probably shouldn't work out when your sore.. give your muscles a chance to rest... or did you actually pull something in your arm? Remember overtraining won't get you to your goal in 6 weeks any faster...
