I was reading prior posts and dont have the slightest idea of what most are talking about. I understand a lot of the fitness plans and all, but I dont know which excersises I need to do for certain areas of the body. Everytime I start a fitness plan, I lose too much weight, and dont tone up at all...HELP!!!!
Ok first... are you eating enough to gain muscle and lose fat.. as far as exercises and parts of the body goes.. sign up for a ft exercise program.. you sound like you might want the toning program.. then when you get exercises assigned to you press the 'exercise description' button.. that will give you a description of what muscles that exercise is supposed to target... after a while you should have down what a lot of the exercises are and what they target... if you want to just jump right to a list you can just goto ft Exercise Resources, Muscle Targeting, and a muscle group your looking to work...
