I am 24, and have the body of a 40 year old. Well, I am thin and all, I am 5'6", 125 lbs, but I need to severely tone up. I just started a fitness program, but after the 1st day, I couldn't hardly walk. Might be pushing it, but dont want to be wimpy. Any help????
Welcome to ft! Since you're just beginning, you are going to be sore! This is because you have just stressed muscles that were not used to that kind of shock. The soreness goes away eventually. Just stick with it...
