I am in my 4th week (5 days per week) on the progressive plan, and I am noticing some positive gains. My "problem" is that my time is fairly limited (w/ family, work and dogs, an hour is about all I can muster for a workout) and I'm finding that I have no time for my real passion, which is running. I am a runner who wants a better defined body, and indeed some added mass. I've enjoyed the progressive plan, but I finish it and feel lost because there's no real time left to jog. I chose to workout 5 days a week because I thought the workouts would be shorter and allow me the most time to jog. How can I modify my workout to incorporate more time to jog and still achieve my progressive gains goal?
