On my work out list, i have wide grip chins to front. I don't have the equipment necessary to perform these. I was wondering if lat pull downs would work, only not pulling behind my back, but pulling down to my chest. I can do these on my weight machine. I guess it would be something like a reverse lat pull down. thanks
