I have a question regarding seeing results. I workout 3 days a week and do cardio only 2 days a week. I can workout that much because I am in school pretty much all day. I eat about 2300-2500 calories per day. I have been working out for about 3 months and I recently found this website which has help me get a little more organized about my workout. The problem is that I haven't seen any significant results. And is starting make me lose motivation. I was wondering if there is any type of programs or methods to see better results?

3 days a week.. seems like a short time although you can probably do it.. Make sure your not rushing through your workout and using the pyramid system to work up the weights you use.. also make sure your form is good.. on things like dumbell presses make sure you go down and feel that stretch across your chest etc.. if you tap out your last set w/ barely any effort you probably were using too little..

See my post titled "Shocking your muscles into growth." Are you on the mass program? If so, you probably need to consume more calories. From your profile, it seems you want to cut...but how can you cut when there's no mass?
Anyway, tell me more about your routine (split). Are you also supplementing? If so, what are you taking?

Thanks for taking the time to help. fireloard what do you mean by the pyramid system? rpacheco my routine is broken down like this; Mon: back-shoulders-biceps, run, abs, Tues: abs Wed: chest-triceps-forarms, run, abs, Thurs: abs, Fri: legs. As for supplementing, I am not taking any supplementing. And I don't know what the mass program is.
