Does anyone have one of these? Does it produce fairly accurate results? I am unsure how to use it as well. I know where to take it from and I know where to click it and stop and all but that little slider at the bottom which slides along the mm measurements, do I use that slider? With the slider it said I am 6% and without it said I am 12%. What do I use?

I'm not too sure how the metal calipers work as I went for a little more and got the digital ones.. There should of been some instructions that came with your calipers but if not there are some on the accufitness website ( here: http://www.accumeasurefitness.com/descript.html ) also if those don't help you they have a Q/A section... if your still lost then I don't know.. maybe wait for rp.. i think he uses a pair of these..

I have one of those plastic ones. You have to move the slider to the farthest right hand side BEFORE you actually measure. When you hear that "click" then you stop and the slider stops at the measurement. Then, use the chart to see where you're at.
