viewing previously completed workouts : i tried by clicking on the logical name for it : "Previously completed workouts: click here to view shedule" , it showed me the shedule im working on NOW !! how can i see the old one????
no i just started my second round of 8 week beginner (since intermediate is suggested only @ year of practice..) (all my exercises are the same tho :( ) . anyway, i cant view my previous 8 week program to see how much weight i could handle there, per set..
