Hello, I am new to the site and have been interested in building a tightly cut, larger body, however I love to run, I usually run 3-4 time a week with 22 miles per week (basically I run a 8 mile path two days, and a three mile path the other days) is there any way to really build without taking too much of my running out.

Of course...you can supplement your running with weight training! Actually, weight training will add additional definition to your body.
However, if your goal is to add mass, you'll have to change your diet by eating more. And since you run (which is a form of cardio), you will need to consume even more calories per day as you will burn them very quickly.
