Can anyone explain to me how to do these? I have never heard of these and no one seems to be able to electronically 'tell' me how these are done. I emailed the guy who put this in a ab workout and he blew me off saying it was "too hard to explain the excercise".
I have been able to learn different excercises by explanation but this guy wasn't as willing to help a person that emailed him, even though he claimed to love helping others.
Frog kicks are like a hanging leg raise but a little bit easier.. they were part of bruce lee's workout...
