I bought the body for life book and it seems like it is overtraining. Here is the workout plan... mon-weight upper body tue-cardio wed-weight lower thurs-cardio fri-weight sat-cardio sun-rest Doesn't that seem like a bit much? How do people get such great results? And is it possible to actually lose a little bit of fat but gain more muscle than fat loss?
Actually, this sounds about right...3x cardio supplemented by 3x weight training. If you like, you can move 1 or 2 of the cardio sessions to the weight training ones, provided they are done at different times of the day.
