Hi,
I'm a right handed person, so, it's natural that the right side of my body is sligthly stronger than the left. I notice during my workout that my right arm or leg tends to contribute more energy during weight lifting compared to my left arm or leg. Is there anyway that I can ensure that both sides are working equally hard, so that I don't ended up toned imbalanced?

There was quite a bit of discussion about this awhile back but I don't remember under which topic. There's quite a few ways to make up the difference. Try doing several sets of dumb bell work and work the weak side a little harder or more reps. Partials on the weak side are another good way. When you're using the bar, you're strong side will take up the slack. For legs - balance your workout doing lunges, leg presses and extensions using one leg at a time.

I ran into a similar problem when i first started, what you need to do is train with dumbbells, train with movements that can work one side at a time. heres a suggestion don't work with machines for the next 6wks. Train with dumbbells, cables and barbell movements. Let your nervous system do some work for you, get the form down right. Good luck!!

This sounds a bit silly, but if you try for a "mind-muscle" connection, it helps. I'm very right-handed, so I really concentrate on making my left side "feel" the same as the right when I work out. Seems to work for me ...
