ab routines... one question

i have a question when it comes to the 12-week ab routine work out...
* how do we add weights into the program? i mean where do we hold em? what sorts of weights do we use? how do we incorporate that into the workout to target the abs... and all that .... i'd appreciate it if i get mailed at coolsun_82@hotmail.com thanks...

You can try holding weights on your chest while you're doing sit-ups/crunches. You can also strap weigths onto your ankles if you are doing leg raises.
