I started my intense training and dieting on wedsday...I was 182 now im down to 176..I lost about 6 Pounds since wedsday...I run about 2 miles everyday, and i lift 3 times a week, Im just getting tired of waiting till this fat of mine goes away...I would appriciate any advice..thanks
Sounds like you'r doing a great job! Keep it UP! Remember consistancy is the key...and ofcourse, diet and weight training...... and have patience patience patience!!! You know, I once weighed about 175-180lbs and I'm only 5'6. I looked like a tree stump. Then I realized how unhealthy I looked and starting going to the gym. 4 months later I was down to 145lbs! Some friends said I couldn't do it..but their negativity motivated myself to really push harder and show them that I could......now they can't say anything because I must admit, I look way better than them! haha. :) If you get the chance, check out my before and after pic in this gallery.
