Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between working machines and free weights? I am trying to build some weight...what should i do to change my profile to help me gain weight. Does it matter if they are machine weights or free weights?
It doesn't matter if you use free weights or machine, however even if you do the same type of exercise with both free weights and machines, it will actually taget different parts of the muscle. This is because when you use a machine, you are pretty much set in the form vice when you use free weights you have more play. Hope this helps.
