Thought you guys might be interested in this. Obviously not as accurate as having your bodyfat checked by someone who's trained in doing it, but doesn't seem too far off for a ballpark figure. Kind of fun to plug in different weights/measurements to get an idea of what your bodyfat would be at that point.
