Alternatives for wide grip chins to ...

and hanging twisted leg raises. I think that's the name. The thing is I don't have any equipment to do these exercises. What could I do to replace these in order to complete my workout?

They doesn't have quite the same affect but push ups with varying hand placement (narrow and wide) and incline/decline are pretty fair substitutes for the chin ups.

there has got to be more exercises to substitute pullups
i dont have the equipment either help us out guys please

Welcome to FT bigmarkh. You can use a low chin bar and lay on the floor and chin. Its like a pushup backwards. You can also use a chair for your feet and "assist" on regular chins. Cable machines canalso help build up to regular chins. If you can do 1 chin you can build on that. Do a chin at the end of every workout. We all started with one. Hope this helps.
