Creatine progress – week 4
Things seem to be leveling out some. The fast gains I picked up during the first three weeks seem to have been just that – fast gains. That’s not a bad thing by any means. I’m continuing to show more fullness to the obvious muscle groups – arms, chest and back, and I feel stronger. My weight has stayed between 180-183.
I’m sold. Put me on the creatine supporter’s mailing list. I take back any negative things I ever said. I’m halfway through the recommended 8 week minimum suggested by CellTech, and I see a major difference in my looks and performance. I’m stretching the limits on most of my t-shirts, and I feel great.
Thanks again to all of the FT folks for their support.
Oh, the recent issue of Men's Journal has an account of one man's experience with creatine. It's 100% positive as well. Here's a link to the article:

That's great, Rick! Another happy creatine user! Update us again at the end of your program. We'd all like to hear how well the ft program has worked for you as well...

Will do. I give the FT program a lot of the credit. I'm on the mass building program now, and it's a blast. This is the first time in 16 or so weeks that I had a workout other than chest on Saturday. I'm enjoying the variety.
One uncomfortable side effect that I have to get used to is bumping into doorways. It's amazing how ingrained one is to take a certain path through the house. I could probably negotiate my way around blind, but lately, I've been bumping my shoulders and arms (triceps in particular) on the door jambs. I guess It'll take a while for my brain to adjust to my added width.

I wok with some guys that take the cell-tech and they all love it. I think that muscletech has come up with great products and I recommend them to anyone dedicated to making themselves look good. Glad to hear you results.
