hey guys, long time no sex,:) i'v been away for a while Unfortunatly i couldnt work out for a whole month, and now i really dont feel good, i feel like i lost ALOT of power dunno if any of u know know how i feel... have u guys ever stoped for a while then go back to the gym and feel like shit cause u lost all you had ? .. well not all but alot...
any how need to ask!! emm i saw these stuff in this gnc store that the guy was sayin his buddy tried it and saw awsome results from it,,, its called ULTRA METH XTRA , on the lable it says:

I asked for zma pills and the guy interduced me to these stuff, i have had good results with zma pill... well let me tell u, it totally boosted my hormons i think, lol i had more power when i was working out and ALSO my sex life improved ... not that it wasnt good before but it got WAy better lol ;)
any how.. i just wanted to know if u guys know any thing about these stuff, and if any of u have any comments regarding me going back to the gym after taking a month off, plz dont hesitate to do so.

Ultramet by Champion Nutrition is nothing more than an MRP (meal replacement plan). Not sure about the XTRA version, except it probably contains more stuff than the regular version and comes in pill form as oppposed to powder.
If you've had good results with ZMA, stick with it. Are you taking any other supplements (i.e. creatine, l-glutamine, multivitamins, etc.)? If not, the ones I've mentioned are the basics. They do not contain any pro-hormones.

emm no man this is not a meal replacemnt, its just pills... emm its like Methoxy-7 and zma and all the other stuff, emm and yes i do take all the things i can take(creatine, l-glu, multivitamin... bla bla )
I did have good results with zma but i heard this stuff is even better,,, its new stuff may be thats why no one says any thing about,,,,
hopefully its not a bad thing..

Well, give it a try and let us know. I tried looking it up but can't find this particular product in the usual online stores I normally order from. I only found Ultramet (MRP).

well, actually the first thing i did before i even use the stuff was try to find information on it onthe internet, Nothing was there...
I think its cause its a very new stuff, came out like 3 weeks ago, in Canada been in us for longer...
i'll let u guys know how was it after i tried it for a while...
