Hello everyone, hope everyone is having a great new year so far. Anyways at my gym and work there has been a lot of talk about "Carb Blockers" and "Fat blockers" I've seen them advertised as well and was wondering if they truly work or is it another scam? Has anyone tryed them out? Any input would be great. Thanks in advance

You're better off with something that has been proven to work (i.e. ECA stack supplement). Search the Supplements forum for this. There are several products out there such as Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, etc. that have research behind them. Stick with one of these, develop a good low-fat diet and cardio exercises, and you'll be fine!
Good luck and welcome to ft!

Yes they work as they are a form of fiber, save your money(remember marketing is expensive) and buy good old fiber. Physillum husks are good and price is right. All Bran Extra Fiber Cereal, Metemucil too.

Thanks for the info. Products advertised on those infomercials always made me skeptical...especially those that have targeted the abs.
However, I saw these fat blockers as an excuse to eat fat. By no means should that be the case.
