YOU THINK IM LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT?

HI EVERYONE

MY QUESTIONS ARE
I STARTED TO WORK OUT IN THE BEGINNING OF MARCH
I USE TO WEIGHT 225 LBS...NOW ..TODAY IM 198 LBS.
THE FIRST 6 WEEKS OF WORK OUT WAS HARD WORK OUT
6 DAY AWEEK 1 1/2 HOUR NOW 5 DAYS ABOUT 1 1/2 HOUR
SOMETIMES A LITTLE LESS.
HONESTLY I SEEN GOOD RESULTS, NOT EXACTLY WHAT WANT YET
BUT I SEE MY SELF GETTING THERE.
I DON'T WANT TO LOSE TOO MUCH WEIGHT I LIKE TO STAY
200 LBS I DON'T WANT TO LOSE TOO MUCH WEIGHT.
BUT IN THE SAME TIME I WANT TO BE HARD AND SHARP.
BUT NOT SKINNY HARD IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
I USE TO TAKE WHEY PROTEIN STOPED..YOU THINK I SHOULD GO BACK,,,I DON'T KNOW IF IT DID ME ANY GOOD.

Are you doing cardio David? And what about your food intake?

cardio?what is cardio...no I warm up on a step machine for ten minutes and that's all. Again I dont plan to lose too much weight,thats why i stayed away from cardio.
i planning to stop taking my fat burner maybe that's
what it is.

That would be a good idea, also, mointor your calorie intake and beef it up a little if you want to gain.

big david,
it sounds like you need to eat more food. your body is burning more fuel than you are giving it. if you can cut out some of your cardio to keep workout down to about an hour and save fuel it will help. i have actually gained 15 lbs ib 3 mos.

i should have read previous messages. start eating more david. by the way is your body type meant to carry this mass or is the weight you are losing nessessary?

The truth is guys IM not watching my diet.
I eat regular. Never changed my eating habits if anything I try to eat more meat, chicken etc.

I still have fat especially. My stomach area,
I see my chest shoulder, back even IM shaping up my aba.i see results in 5 months I thought I be a bit bigger tho
I think its my dieting,
