Hi! I was thinking about changing my program a bit. I want to dedicate one whole do to only train my arms.
Which one do you think is better(please don't say neither :-)
Mon - arms + abs Mon - arms + abs
Tue - Legs Tue - legs
Wed - rest Wed - rest
Thu - back + abs Thu - back + shoulders
Fri - chest + shoulders Fri - chest + abs¨
Weekend - rest Weekend - rest

I'm open for different suggestions too, but I want to make my arms no. 1 priority.

Oops! Sorry about that mess. I'm not too familiar with this message editor.
For those who couldn't make any sense of that mess: Should I train my shoulders the same day I train my back or the same day I train by chest?

Anheetto,
I would stick with what program FT gives you. It will get progressively harder as you go. Just stick with it, you'll get positive results, they know what they are doing.

I've trained long enough to know how I like to train and how I DON'T. I wont even start to question whether ft program is good or not, it's just not the program for me. The worst thing about it is the fact that they just give you a program, and you've got to stick with it, no matter what. If there was some way to alter it to your own needs... But thanks anyway :-)
I'm still open to suggestions, everyone!
