Creatine, should i take it?

ive taken creatine serum before and hasnt givin me great improvements(25 lbs on bench in 4 weeks 10 lbs lean muscle in 6 weeks) but i want to try to start taking effervesent creatines and i was wondering if it would be safe. Could it stunt growth? any bad side affects rather than bloating or upset stomach?

i alsohad no results to speak of with creatine. also heard the serum may not be as potent as it should be. seems to me your results were pretty good though

I agree with paulz in several respects. First, your gains have been astonishing in four weeks. No one using creatine has made claims like you report. Only Cell-Tech claims anything close. Creatine is not God's gift to bodybuilding. That would be protein. I wouldn't waist my money on creatine when protein and hard training can give you equal results.
