working lower abs

id like to work my lower ABS
i did a 12 week ABS .. i seen fair result
i still got some fat to burn. i could see it standing
but sitting just flab.
i like to work my lower ABS especially, pubic area.
any advice.
how can i set anther 12 week ABS program i tried but my old one keeps coming back.

you can emphasize the lower abs by doing hanging leg raises (a bit hard), leg tucks and lying (on the ground or bench) leg raises.

I tried them and they do wonders..

E-mail FT to change your routine. Yes, hanging leg raises work; I can feel it in the lower regions!! Train Hard!!

Be sure your watching your diet that is what will give you the best ab results. To build the muscles in the lower abs just keep following FT's ab program. Some people may disagree but I would recommend prioritize train them therefore working your abs first in any routine while your body is strong and fresh.

THANK EVERYONE RESPONSES

I DID LEG RAISES FOR 12 WEEKS,
IT EASIER NOW TO THE POINT I DON'T FEEL THE PAIN,
BUT IM GOING TO TRY HANGING LEG RAISES.

AS FOR THE 12 WEEK PROGRAM I E-MAILED THEM TWICE
NO RESPONSE YET.

On the hanging leg raises tt_, do you bring them straight up or bent knees to chest? Is one more effecctive than the other?

its harder when you bring them stright up.
easier with kness bent..
sometimes i do one and one .reb of 30 3 sets.
