I am down to my last week of the chest mass program and I kind of see some results. I feel bigger on some days than others, but pretty much see little gains. I did miss a few days however. Does this mean I have reached my plateau? Should I start a different program after this week?
Looking to gain some mass.. Help!

i stopped the ft programs after the first 6 weeks, ive found myself doing better on other programs with incredible gains. so bassically all im saying is experiment and ull prob find somethin thatll give u extremely good gains that seemes impossible. try the fifty lb bench program i got a good 40lbs off of it. its at http://www.musclemedia.com/training/index.asp check it out ull find some interesting reads and ull find the 50lb bench program off their.

Hey jdm1,

what basic workout did u select? cause chest mass is just an additional option right? Did you have the bulk / muscle mass one?

I suggest doing the 12 week mass program.. it really did wonders for me!

Remember that exercise + DIET = MASS.. so perhaps you didn't get the results that you wanted cause your diet was lacking?

Thanks guys for replying to the messge. In regards to the comments. I will take the advice. However I have been eating pretty hefty meals (healthy of course), cut down on the fast food and junk food and also have been taking some protien shakes.
I will keep at it and see what happens. Thanks again guys. Appreciate it.
