Creatine Cycles?

I finished the creatine loading phase, i am almost done with my fisrt week of the regular 5 grams a day thing, friday will be a week. I heard that when you cycle with it, it gives better results? Does creatine do anything at all?

ive used powders b4 and they make u look like uve shrunk when u get off of it, use creatine serum i use the teen atp creatine serum and it works great because no loading/cycling/stomach cramps/leveling off because its just like taking 2500 mgs of it in a teaspoon. so basically its good stuff and ive been thru powders that made me drink hella water to avoid stomach cramps. but remember that creatine only works for 90% of all ppl who use it and ask yourself after 3 weeks if your getting good results or is it just in your head.

the loading phase should only be done on your very first time that you use creatine. Following the loading phase.. take 5-10 grams after your workouts - not on rest days. Doing this you will not need to come off from it.

Some people use creatine for the water retention properties which blows your muscles up. I use it for recovery.

Right after or with your fisrt meal of the day? I don't eat for an hour after i workout, because my body is burning fat during that time. Also, recovery meaning i can work out more? I workout 2 times a week, monday and thursday or tuesday and friday. i switch each week. I only work my chest and arms.
