I am just starting out and do a lot of running as my carido work and just wondered if you could clear up a couple of things... Does it matter what time of day the exercise is done? & Should I carry on running when i get a stich?

Thanks

Well cardio does its best for you early in the morning right after you get up and before your first meal. Same with weight training because your natural testosterone levels are at their highest. Where is the stich, i would wait, you dont want access blood pressure breaking the clot. -snow

OK thanks, the stich is usually in the kind of right oblique area, but it does vary, pretty much always around the abs area... sorry about the vagueness!
