alright heres the deal. i am on the twelve week mass program. today(thurs.) is my back/bi day. tomorrow is a rest day and saturday is my chest day. BUT im leaving tomorrow morning for a wedding and will not be returning until sunday evening. what should i do. should i squeeze in my chest tomorrow (which is supposed to be a rest day) before i leave? should i try to do my chest sunday when i get back? please help!

I would probably do it on sunday. That will give your arms time to rest. I think monday might be your legs/calves day? right? well if your sore it shall not affect your legs mush rather than doing chest with sore arms. Id go sun. -snow

kibbz, you going to drive yourself nutz. If you miss a workout so what just pick up where your routine tells you to. For instance if you miss chest (don't try to make it up). You are setting yourself up for failure.
