im just wondering if the 12 week mass special really works. it seems like it is not enough working out. you only work each muscle once a week, and only a few exercises. I would definately be doing less than i am now. DOES IT GET RESULTS?

The answer is "YES", you'll get results. But you must lift heavy and follow the program. Be sure to keep your diet right.

Definitely yes. Most weight traiing has gone from 6 days/2 times to one day/week/bodypart. You get the same amount of growth. But yes you still have to lift heavey to get big.
