is it true that the best time to do your lifting is first thing in the morning?

could be...depending on how busy you are
However, according to lee labrada, the best time is at noon when the body is most energized

Tre12, I feel that the best time to workout is in the morning that is what works best for me. You need to experiement alittle and see what works for you. Each peson is different and we all respond to different things. Mix it up but be sure to give it time to work. You could do an 12 week cycle in the morning then followed by one in the afternoon. Keep a log and see what is working best.
