Arnold Shwarzenegger now adays

Has anyone seen Arnold Shwarzenegger's physique nowadays, especially after his open heart surgery? I saw his pic through thearnoldfan.com, he didn't lose much of his mass but he is not as toned..he didn't lose that much of his trade mark (biceps)..but the only messed up thing was his waist..he gained atleast 20lbs of fat..but I am sure in merely 6 months he can get back to his awesome physique.

I wonder if he'll keep his cigar habit. Cardiac rehab will take a while and his conditioning before will definitely help now. Just wish him the best and he was lucky to have been able to have a second chance.

Hey there Amr,

I had a chance to see Arnold again a few months ago. He looked very good. Very solid structure for a man 53 years of age.. a real role model to this day! If you had a chance to see '6th Day' then you will agree that he is in shape! :)

Although Arnold is 53 yrs. His body is still better than the majority of those in their 20's. I saw the 6th day and he still looks good. I wonder how he adjusted his training program to better meet his needs since the surgery?

I have seen arnold's movie the 6th day and he looked pretty good to me, but you can tell he's been sick. Some of the old body builder that are over 60 still look good but their skin sags but that comes with the age.

I saw The 6th Day too...his body looked incredibly great for an old man..he didn't lose much of his muscles..but he lost a bit of his tone and dancing like movements, and you could still see his waist was not as good as it was in, for example, predator or Conan. Whoa, Arnold, you are lucky you had a chance to see Arnold Schwarzenegger..that is the dream of my life
