I am like a twig now. I was 180 when I started lifting weights, i was just fat. Then I started to slowly loose weight. I was only like doing curls, and wasn't really into it. I got really into it, running 2 miles a day, and working out alot. I am now like 138. I was wondering if increasing my total calorie intake, like to 3500 a day, but not all fat's like a lot of protein and carbs and doing more weight and less reps would make me like bigger? I want to try and get to like 160 ish or something but like all muscle you know? I take lean body 3 times a day, which gives me 900 calories, and 180 grams of protein, and like half of that in carbs. What else should I eat to gain mass?

Your ideas r godd friend....do the weight thing right and youll get bigger....but dont burn so much calories with other acrivities as running.
You can use a creatine course.....it really works.

If you're looking to just gain size then cut back on your aerobics to allow for muscle tissue growth from your nutrition. Then go back to your aerobics to increase blood supply to the new tissue. Cycling helps shock the body to keep adapting to the "stressors" your placing on them. Also don't look to gain that 30-50# in one years time. Take time and put on lean muscle.
