seems like a lot of sets - what muscles do you intend to work? I would think legs could handle it, but not arms or shoulders or back. I could be wrong but that usually never happens (LOL).

well i actually did it with clean and lerk and dead lifts when i was in High school for powerlifting, my coach was a nut. But i was thinking the same thing, i'm not sure if the upper body could handle it. I do know that is shot my clean trought the roof though....i'll give it a shot..

Sorry sunnyjack, There's a first time for everything! I tried that program for a couple of months. It worked out pretty good for me. Of course you have to cut down the amount of weight u use in order to complete the 10 sets. But by the time you finish the work you're pretty much toast. I got some fantastic pumps with that method. Give it a try u might like it. If nothing else it is something different and that may be enough to spur new growth.

its great, only thing is you pick only ONE excercise.......thats is 10 sets of 10 on bench, or incline not both..........its a designed to spark new growth with lots and lots of reps to fatigue the muscle all the way to the bone. I like doing it for calves and stuburn body parts that lag behind. Its alot of fun, and so are 5x5s

so andrew, for each day, you only do one body part, and one exercise for that body part?
