Of course! Fill out the profile info on this site and FTs' system will spit out a great workout that is taylored to your particular goals. The sets/reps, rest periods ect.. will put you in the zone! Detail on exercise execution and form is provided along with this great service, as well as diet guidlines. I once knew a guy who was employed as a personal "trainer".About the onlly thing that he did that this site can't was to be in the gym with you for a spot and motivation.

I agree with skeld2001. Fill out the profile info on this site and your on your way. You will have to follow it in order for it to work, so do not get lazy during your 8 - 12 week program.

This site will work. I used to lift a lot and am now getting back into it. With this site I've had great results.

All I can do here is agree with the rest of the boys. The routine I got from this site was pretty good. If you stick to it, lift heavy, use good form, don't get lazy, eat well, get rest, stay focused, do the work even when you don't feel like it, and be patient, then you are on your way. That might not sound easy - it's not. If it were easy, we would be there by now (where ever that is!)

Keep up your powerlifting style. Just do more reps, some where in the 8-10 range. And at the end throw in some of the isolation exercises. Do cardio about 3-4 times a week, change your diet. And thats about the difference between the two. I lift like a power lifter in the off season, but just add when trying to shred.

you know ronnie coleman used to be a power lifter back in high school..check out the latest flex issue (ask MrOlympia)...what he does is cycles his training as to power lift for a while then body build at another point.

Do mass cardio and more reps and less weight. That is a good basic rule.
