Is it just me or when I pump my biceps, they trully feel different from trainning other muscles. Like they give me this *little pain* sensation, does that mean to stop ? Is this good or bad ? Cause I mean, when I train any other muscle to the point of failure(always keeping good form) when they are too tired to do another rep , they just wont do anymore and thats it. But the bicep , odd feeling in them....

But I also guess that isolating the bicep is easier then most muscles , cause when I pump them I can trully get a damm good contraction going IN them. Maybe thats why I get this extra feeling? ....

I get the same feeling. After a good bicep workout my arms are so pumped and burn I can't even pick them up to brush my hair. I love that feeling.

Lat night I did arms. I think the bicep is such an easy muscle to isolate. Maybe that is why the pump is so good. Same with triceps.

If you are truely lifting heavy in your biceps, it is exactly the same feeling as with other muscles. If your lifting just to pump your biceps up, ya that feels different. Check the weight your useing to make sure its heavy enough.
