I am on my second week of general training, and for my Saturday workout, the two tricep exercises listed are both lying tricep extensions. Is this an error in the FT system? Has anyone else gotten a schedule like this? What exercise would you recommend to replace it?

You were right, it was an error in the ft system. It is fixed now. I exchanged the Lying Tricep Extensions with Dips Behind the Back for you, everything should be okay now.

Try tricep dumbell extensions, close grip bench. These both hit the triceps about the same way.

I have the same question--my arm workout has the tricep extension posted twiceand the bicep barbell 21s twice. Is this correct?
