As far as the "loading phase" goes,I've read research that stated that it's not necessary to load creatine. In this study it was found that the same blood creatine levels were present after 1 month in the subjects who loaded as was present in the ones who started with the maintenence dose.Loading may be a waste of money/time. Also as far as all these serum and fizz products go I don't think there is any evidence that they are better than 100% pure creatine powder, but they cost more. ???

I read a bit more on another bodybuilding site to day. alot of guys on the message borad were saying that serum creatine was unstable and may convert into another compound in solution. Pure creatine is the better value and your biggest bang for the buck. Its not the fillers and additives that are proven to work, just creatine. Taken with a high sugar source like grape juice or with glutimine are what they say is best.
