i have worked it out but hardly ever should i work it in. do pros work there lower chest or does it get worked out in other chest exercises

It's always good to hit all 4 areas - upper, lower, outer and width. There are some great exercises for lower such as declined movements and dips.

yeh i do dips alot and sometimes ill do decline did arnold every do anything for lower chest besides dips cause i got a couple of his books and ive never saw anything about him doing decline

I was taught that flat bench hits the lower pecs. I still do decline dumbell presses about every other workout.
The reason i was told not to do them was because you don't want an over developed lower chest, that it looks better with a big upper chest. (i agree to)

I'll have to keep that in mind since I'm really trying to bring up some mass in my chest
