I have been working out in the gym everyday except the weekends since late November, I am starting to feel a bit draggy. Could this be an affect of Overtraining or perhaps I am fighting something?

You should try to take a week off, maybe two. See how you feel after a week... Your body needs to be recharged - it's not a machine that will keep taking constant stress with no rest.
Also, instead of training 5 days in a row, try maybe a 4-day split, and take wednesday off. Switching things up should help you out.

never train the same muscle in two consecutive days...that's what I'm always told. You need to stretch before and after your workout..and do aerobics only after your done with the lifting.

Maybe both. Maybe your overtraining might have weakened you enough that you caught something. Take a week off(it won't hurt you) and then see how you feel.

As long as you are giving your muscles 72 hours to rest ( although I've heard 48 is enough ), and getting at least 8 hours sleep a night, you shouldn't be over trained. Its probably the mental aspect of it all, try to get excited in some way before your workout.
